These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProMax Tatkal software products and services. By downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProMax Tatkal software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or services.

2. Software License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ProMax Tatkal software for personal or business purposes according to your subscription plan.

• You may install the software on the number of devices specified by your plan
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Your license is valid for the duration of your active subscription

3. User Obligations

When using our software, you agree to:

• Use the software in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and IRCTC terms of service
• Not use the software for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the software
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or making purchases

4. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProMax Tatkal software is provided "as is." While we strive for high reliability, we cannot guarantee successful ticket booking on IRCTC, as outcomes depend on server availability, demand, and internet connectivity. We are not liable for any booking failures, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from use of our software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our software if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your billing period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
